Information about all incoming and outgoing calls, SMS and e-mail is collected in a special section of the system. It provides the possibility to sort and filter by values relevant for the selected type of communication.
The list of calls can be filtered in the same way as filters on the order and customer lists. The presence of a call record is determined by the connected telephony. "Linking" to the customer and the order will allow you to open information on customers and orders quickly and easily.
Not all email file formats are available to upload to the system. When collecting emails from the Gmail mailbox, there may be connection problems due to the service's security policy. We therefore recommend that you create a second email mailbox.
The system displays information on the delivery status of messages. There is a specific method of sending SMS messages to customers.
