General chat settings
The system allows you to integrate with popular online chats and messengers. You can also communicate internally between system users from within the chat section.
Activating chat widgets
In the "Widgets" tab you can configure the correspondence between channels and stores. This article explains what this section is for and how you can work with it.

Quick-replies in chat

Working with the "Customer" widget in the chat window
Using the "Customer" widget during a dialogue with a customer allows you to immediately save a customer in the database, specify contact information and create a new order with pre-filled in data.Show all
