Analytics by managers

Configuring the "Manager analytics" section
In the global filter, you can filter by user groups and date.
"Best managers" widget
This widget displays top managers who have the highest value for a certain indicator in the specified period.
The "Chats" widget displays the number of messages and dialogs processed by managers during the specified period.
The "Finances" widget allows you to see the expenses for different managers in a specified period.
The "Calls" widget allows you to see the number of calls made and answered (or not answered) by different managers for a specified period.
This report shows the status of tasks assigned to managers for the specified period.
"Managers activity" widget
The "Managers activity" widget shows how many orders, and in which statuse,s were transferred by managers during a specified period.
"Processing expiration" widget
The "Pocessing expiration" widget shows how many times (and in what statuses) a manager's orders were marked with the "Expired" flag for the specified period.
Order-based reports by manager
This analytics section displays order-related parameters for system managers, including: number of orders, number of products in the order, income, gross profit, upsales and average orver value (AOV).
This section of manager-related analytics displays a detailed report on costs for individual employees.
